I found that while working as a Senior Investigator and Forensic Accountant with the Inland Revenue Department for over 30 years that a lot of the small to medium-sized businesses were not getting good tax or business advice or understanding their tax liability.

I realise that dealing with Inland Revenue’s paperwork, the GST, Income Tax, FBT, Penalties and the inevitable IRD Audit is very time consuming and frustrating. I really believe your time is better spent on the running and development of your business.

I established Vonder Accountants with the main aim of providing assistance to clients to maximise their business potential.

Kerry Macaulay

Kerry joined the company in February 2011, she brought to the company a huge amount of both accounting and bookkeeping knowledge. Kerry has over 20 years of coaching and training on MYOB products.

She is the firm’s specialist accountant and problem solver. She became a shareholder in April 2015 and a Director in November 2016.

Prinda Fernando

Joining us from DABCO, Prinda brings over 25 years of experience to the company having previously worked for BDO Partners and KPMG in Sri Lanka and Chartered Accountant companies. She has a broad knowledge having worked with a variety of clients ranging from sole traders, partnerships, companies and trusts.

Tracy Chen

Accountant
B Com and Administration (Double Major in Accounting and Money Finance)

Tracy joined us in February 2023 as an accountant, she is certified as an MYOB partner and Certified Xero. She is a valued team member and brings real-life knowledge to the team.

Shinade Aukuso

Bookkeeper

Shinade has been with Vonder Accountants since 2022. An MYOB and Xero consultant, she specialises in GST and client account management, and also serves as our in-house IT specialist.

Jessica Nathan

Office Administrator

Jessica has been with Vonder Accountants since 2019.

In her role she makes sure all the administration functions within the office are co-ordinated and functioning, including the issuing of invoices. She is the friendly voice on the phone.

Mary Moncur

Office Manager

Mary has been with Vonder Accountants since 2021 and brings a wealth of experience in office administration to the company. She is the company’s Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer and is responsible for debt collection, payroll and ensuring the office systems and processes work effectively.

Ava Belch

Office Adminstrator

Ava joined Vonder Accountants in February 2026.  She is the friendly voice on the phone and the main face of Vonder Accountants when you visit our office.  Her role is to ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions.
